Shipping and Claims Information
| All orders are
shipped from Newark, OH or Alexandria, OH 43001. Shipping cost is
the responsibility of the buyer and is based on weight, volume
and delivery address. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Customers may request another carrier, but surcharges may apply.
For large pallet orders, arrangements can be made by buyer
or Petali Teas. The buyer is responsible for ordering a
lift gate for pick up and delivery. Any additional costs
from unforeseen delivery situations at the buyer's delivery point
will be the responsibility of the buyer. Damages, shortages and defects must be reported, in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please keep goods and damaged packaging in the event the United States Postal Service requests photos of proof of damage. All returns must be pre-approved. A 20 % restocking fee will apply unless Petali Teas made a mistake. All backorders will automatically ship. Tea is made to order. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order. Once an order is taken, it is put in our work queue and is processed on a first come first serve basis unless you requested overnight service. Most deliveries are received 3 days after shipping. |
